Grand Jury
CARIBOU – The Aroostook County grand jury completed its March 2010 session returning 61 indictments against 59 different persons. Among those indicted were:
David S. Hafford, 31, Presque Isle: burglary, robbery, assault and theft.
Joshua J. Guerrette, 23, Easton: operating after revocation.
Kenneth A. Bartelson, 44, Presque Isle: burglary, theft, assault and robbery.
Benjamin E. Small, 32, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, burglary and violating condition of release.
Ricky A. Hickox, 50, Fort Fairfield: possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
Landon L. Larsen, 29, Presque Isle: aggravated operating after revocation and criminal operating under the influence.
Robert A. Carney, 24, Presque Isle: burglary, theft, criminal mischief and violating conditions of release.
Chad R. Leighton, 29, Caribou: terrorizing (two counts).
Jeaudi W. Landry, 27, Presque Isle: unlawful sexual contact.
Jason J. Davenport, 36, Fort Kent: aggravated assault, violation of conditions of release.
Thomas Dahlgren, 22, St. David: burglary and theft.
Ian M. Bourgoin, 23, St. Francis: aggravated assault and criminal mischief.
Joshua R. Doody, 19, Washburn: theft (five counts).
Todd A. Doody, Sr., 43, Washburn: theft.
Todd A. Doody, Jr., 21, Ashland: theft (five counts).
Jason M. Lagasse, 20, Washburn: theft.
Seth Hastings, 24, Madawaska: aggravated assault.
Dawn M. Cyr, 31, Madawaska: aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs.
Kara M. Bouchard, 23, Frenchville: theft and forgery, aggravated criminal mischief (two counts), theft (two counts) and burglary (two counts)..
Daniel J. Labreck, 43, Caswell: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Philip J. Smart, 25, Madawaska: burglary, theft, criminal mischief and criminal forfeiture.
Eric A. Day, 25, Madawaska: burglary, theft, criminal mischief and criminal forfeiture.
Natasha R. Michaud, 21, Madawaska: burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
