Meeting takes proactive stance on drug abuse
PRESQUE ISLE – Community leaders in Presque Isle have combined forces to take a proactive approach to substance abuse problems in the community. To that end, they have scheduled the Star City Town Meeting – Community Action Against Drug Abuse. The meeting is scheduled for May 8 beginning at 7 p.m. at the Presque Isle Middle School.
RC&D meeting rescheduled
Due to scheduling conflicts, the St. John Aroostook RC&D council meeting that was scheduled for May has been rescheduled to June 7 at 10 a.m. here at the USDA Service Center in Presque Isle.
An executive committee meeting will be held at 9 a.m.
