PRESQUE ISLE — The Presque Isle High School Auditorium will be the place to be on Saturday, March 27, as six young hopefuls take to the stage, competing for the title of Miss Presque Isle 2010 Scholarship Pageant.
“The event is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available from contestants or can be purchased at the door the night of the event,” said pageant coordinator Betsy Fitzherbert.
Fitzherbert said the evening should be a lot of fun.
“The girls will take to the stage in three categories: sportswear, talent and evening wear,” she said.
Miss Presque Isle 2009 Haley Johnston will appear for the last time as reigning queen, before relinquishing her title to this year’s winner.
