When the Fort Fairfield girls basketball team captured the 2010 state championship Saturday, the Tigers joined an elite club at the high school as the first basketball team to win a state title for either boys or girls. In addition only 11 other Tiger squads have been crowned state champs in the history of the school. The following is a list of the previous state champions at Fort Fairfield High School.
• Baseball — 1970 and 1994.
• Boys Skiing — 1974 and 1980.
• Girls Skiing — 1976, 1977 and 1980.
• Boys Cross Country Skiing — 1985.
• Girls Cross Country Skiing — 1985.
• Cheering — 2003, 2006 and 2007.
