PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of November, 2009.
Matthew T. Rochford, 23, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Seth D. Russell, 24, Parkman: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
Chad A. Shaw, 29, Presque Isle: OUI one prior (two counts), $700 fine (each), seven days in jail (each), three-year license suspension (first) and three-year license and registration suspension (second); operating while license suspended or revoked prior (two counts), $500 fine (each); unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and violating condition of release, five days in jail.
Jasmine L. Soucier, 26, Presque Isle: passing stopped school bus, not guilty.
Timothy Stitham, 33, Washburn: operating ATV on public way, $50 fine.
Shawn R. Thomas, 39, Norwalk, Conn.: rule violation operating after disqualified, filed on $300 costs.
Peggy A. Tomah, 37, Tobique First Nation, N.B.: operating while license suspended or revoked prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
Paul R. Towle, 47, Presque Isle: supervisor not accompanying junior hunter, $100 fine.
Thomas Towle, 51, Fort Fairfield: supervisor not accompanying junior hunter, $100 fine.
Angela K. Tynes, 45, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 365-day license suspension; endangering the welfare of a child, 48 hours in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Steven H. Warner, 61, Bath: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
Travis J. Webb, 31, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three-year license and registration suspension; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Tina Widdecombe, 46, Fort Fairfield: protective order from harassment violation, dismissed.
Joshua A. Willette, 22, Mars Hill, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Damian G. Wojtalewicz, 47, Thornton, Colo.: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Willie N. York, 28, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
