PRESQUE ISLE – Aroostook Women’s Ski Day is slated to be held at the Nordic Heritage Center Sunday, Feb. 7.
The day will actually entail much more than skiing. Following registration, which begins at 9 a.m., a Zumba warmup, clinics and tours for both beginning and intermediate skiers, a pilates class, massages a nutrition class, yoga and a lunch catered by Sorpreso of Presque Isle will be held until the event ends at 3:30 p.m.
