    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in Superior Court in Caribou during the month of September, 2009.
    Jean Louis Michaud II, 31, Limestone: burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, dismissed (both); burglary, four years in prison with all but 15 months suspended, two years’ probation and $893 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 15 months in prison and criminal mischief, six months in jail.
    Carroll E. Nelson III, 54, Middleton, N.H.: hunting moose after having killed one, $1,000 fine.
    Tristan S. Nelson, 30, Madawaska: violating condition of release, $500 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Brittany Pelletier, 18, Fort Kent: burglary, dismissed.
    Gwen E. Perreault, 38, Allagash: terrorizing, failing to make oral or written accident report and false public alarm or report, filed without costs (each).
    Jason K. Plant, 27, Fort Fairfield: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, filed without costs.
    Samantha Polchies, 20, Van Buren: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed; assault (two counts), $300 fine and 25 days in jail (each).
    Arnold E. Robinson, 48, Presque Isle: terrorizing (two counts), five days in jail (first), dismissed (second).
    Ryan M. Saucier, 22, Caribou: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and 90 days in jail; burglary, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation and $12,210.09 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, nine months in jail and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
    Ryan Schunemann, 20 Woodland: theft by deception, $1,000 fine, 48 hours in jail and $6,000 restitution; forgery, dismissed.
    Robert E. Scott, Jr., 60, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, filed without costs.
    Kirk A. Sharp, 28, Castle Hill: domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 90 days in jail.
    Daniel R. Sparks, 36, Presque Isle: aggravated criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each) and failing to comply with sex offender reg. act, first offense, 10 days in jail.
    Christopher K. St. Germain, 42, Pittsfield: probation violation, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Matthew J. Stubbs, 25, Caribou: burglary, withdrawn.
    Jared D. Thompson, 20, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $750 fine and OUI, dismissed.
    Lindsey Rae Turner, 28, Mapleton: probation violation, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Angela K. Tynes, 45, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $50 court costs.
    Joshua M. Virtanen, 22, Caribou: probation violation, 12 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Todd Whittaker, 33, Hermon: operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
    Edward J. Wood III, 33, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $250 court costs.
