Dean Pietruczuk, 24, Presque Isle: negotiating a worthless instrument, $200 fine and $451.57 restitution.
Steven J. Porter, 26, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.
Christopher C. Randolph, 39, Presque Isle: operating ATV under the influence over 21 and .08 percent, $400 fine.
Timothy N. Rediker, 28, Easton: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Jessica Rogers, 31, Brunswick: violation of rule moose zone, $200 fine.
Jonathan O. Ross, 28, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and 24 hours in jail.
Jessica J. Seeley, 26, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior (two counts), dismissed (first); and $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service (second).
Ashley Smith, 22, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Vicki S. Steggall, 45, Presque Isle: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
Lucas G. Sterris, 24, Presque Isle: criminal trespass and violating condition of release, $250 fine and 36 hours in jail (each).
Natasha N. Stewart, 27, Blaine: operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), $250 fine (first) and $300 fine (second).
Matthew Turner, 19, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Katherine Margaret Tuttle, 19, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Anthony M. Vangel, 19, Blaine: theft by unauthorized use of property, 40 days in jail and $191.90 restitution; misuse of identification, 20 days in jail; and violating condition of release (two counts), 40 days in jail (first) and 20 days in jail (second).
Shannon Walker, 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
Christopher Wilcox, 19, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, $500 fine.
Randy L. Willard, Jr., 26, Presque Isle: terrorizing, $250 fine; and disorderly conduct, $150 fine.
Trisha M. Willette, 19, Brockfield, Mass.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
Dana R. Wilson, 27, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 40 hours’ community service.
Jason D. York, 35, Mars Hill: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, dismissed.
