CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in Superior Court in Caribou during the month of September, 2009.
Shane Donahue, 23, Caribou: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, 15 months in prison with all by 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Scott S. Dubois, 33, Caribou: domestic violence assault, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, criminal mischief, violating condition of release (three counts), tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed (all); reckless conduct, three years in jail with all but 120 days suspended and two years’ probation; obstructing criminal prosecution, 120 days in jail.
Trevor T. Graves, 23, Bangor: criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each); criminal mischief, $500 fine.
Jaime D. Hafford, 24, St. Francis: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, $350 fine.
George H. Hallyburton, II, 31, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $2,000 fine, three years in jail with all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Judson J. Harding, 24, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Jeffrey S. Higgins, 44, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, dismissed (each).
Christopher K. Hitchcock, 22, Fort Fairfield: criminal mischief, $250 fine and $1,000 restitution; criminal trespass, 10 days in jail; assault (three counts), $300 fine and 60 days in jail (first), dismissed (second), and $300 fine and 10 days in jail (third); terrorizing, 10 days in jail; protective order from harassment violation and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).
Michael Hornick, 49, Woodland: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior and OUI-two priors, dismissed (both).
Tammie Howard, 40, Rumford: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Dean A. Knight, 44, Mapleton: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, filed on $50 court costs.
Brian S. Kreischer, 34, Nescopeck, Pa.: night hunting, $1,000 fine and three days in jail.
Jeremy S. LaFlamme, 26, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, dismissed and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Danielle L. Langille, 38, Presque Isle: probation violation, 96 hours in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Floyd R. Legassie, 60, Presque Isle: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $500 fine.
Gregory A. Libby, 32, Ashland: probation violation, nine months, one day in prison, probation revoked.
Dale M. Lint, 38, Caribou: illegal possession of firearm, 10 days in jail; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and 10 days in jail; cultivating marijuana, $400 fine and 10 days in jail.
Travis M. MacDougal, 34, Presque Isle: OUI-one prior, $700 fine , seven days in jail, three years’ license and registration suspension.
Lynn K. Martin, 43, Hamlin: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $5,000 fine, eight years in prison with all but five years suspended and three years’ probation; violating condition of release (two counts) six months in jail (each) and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and one year in prison.
Joshua M. Maynard, 27, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license-cond/restric, no probable cause.
James M. McMurray, 22, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Clay A. McNamee, 30, Fort Kent: criminal trespassing, $500 fine and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and $255 restitution.
Danielle A. McQuarrie, 28, Madawaska: burglary, withdrawn.
