CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in Superior Court in Caribou during the month of September, 2009.
Joshua John Bagley, 20, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, $250 fine.
Clair R. Belanger, 51, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, $1,000 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Richard J. Bilodeau, 54, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but four months suspended, two years’ probation and $105.00 restitution; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and four months in jail.
Ricky C. Bossie, 52, Caribou: domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.
Albert G. Bouchard, 49, Limestone: criminal trespass, $300 fine.
Shawn W. Bragg, 25, Washburn: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Travis J. Brooker, 22, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Justin K. Brown, Jr., 47, Presque Isle: assault, $1,000 fine.
Skye Windy Buck, 20, Fort Kent: burglary, dismissed.
Dustin R. Cameron, 20, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three years in jail with all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
Tyler G. Clenchy, 22, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $500 court costs.
Leo N. Corriveau, 79, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (three counts), dismissed (first), 24 hours in jail (second) and dismissed (third).
Joel E. Dahl, 39, Masardis: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed.
Tamika Dias, 30, Portland: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $125 court costs.
