
IN AWE OF SANTA PAWS — A visit to the Central Aroostook Humane Society in Presque Isle took on that magical holiday feeling when these two young ladies from Mars Hill made a donation to help shelter animals and got to visit with Santa Paws and two fluffy Pomeranian pups currently residing at the facility. PEYTON, INDY AND RILEY visited Santa Paws at the Central Aroostook Humane Society in Presque Isle Dec. 5, getting a ‘family’ photo for their ‘parents,’ Richard and Gina Buckey, of Mars Hill.
DUNCAN was a good kitty for Santa Paws, sitting calmly for this Dec. 12 photo at the Central Aroostook Humane Society, to the pleasure of owner Kim Smith of Presque Isle.
RUSTY AND KATE, former shelter residents who now share a home with James and Kathy McCarty, of Washburn, were well-behaved for Santa Paws.
BUFFY, a 5-year-old toy poodle, had to be coaxed by owner Sheila Tarr, of Fort Fairfield, to sit on Santa Paw’s lap for a holiday photo at the Central Aroostook Humane Society Dec. 5.
