HOULTON, Maine — The Aroostook County grand jury handed up 29 indictments for July.
Aroostook County District Attorney Todd Collins released the indictments on July 24.
An indictment is not a finding of guilt, but an indication that there is enough evidence in a case to move forward with a trial.
The grand jury indicted the following:
Hunter Bellanceau, 25, Ashland: theft.
Ciara D. Campbell, 28, Presque Isle: unauthorized use, unlawful possession of drugs (two counts) and theft (two counts).
Andre P. Ciarleglio, 19, Caribou: visual sexual aggression (two counts), soliciting a child to commit a prohibited act (two counts), unlawful sexual contact and assault.
Luis A. Constant, 34, Caribou: domestic violence assault.
Brian P. Gagnon, 47, Caribou: theft.
Devyn J. Gray, 32, Mapleton: domestic violence assault, domestic violence aggravated assault and domestic violence reckless conduct.
Dakota R. MIchaud, 33, Caribou: theft.
Neil L. Marshall, 38, Bangor: possession of a firearm by a prohibited person (two counts), criminal forfeiture (two counts) and aggravated trafficking of drugs (two counts).
Jerred B. Morrow, 25, Caribou: aggravated criminal mischief and theft.
Isabella Adamo, 19, Houlton: aggravated criminal mischief.
Taylor Boxwell, 29, Presque Isle: violating conditions of release.
Seth Suitter, 35, Linneus: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release.
Greg Hitchcock, 52, Houlton: violating conditions of release and operating after revocation.
Kenneth Kervin, 65, North Amity: possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
Brittany Scott, 39, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Hanford McPherson, 38, Presque Isle: violating conditions of release.
Randall Moody, 65, Monroe: aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts) and refusing to submit to arrest.
Douglas A. Everett Jr., 44, Presque Isle: burglary and criminal mischief.
Nathan M. Jones, 36, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking (three counts) and violating conditions of release (two counts).
Philip E. Sprague Jr., 61, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence aggravated assault and domestic violence assault.
Kristina M. McLellan, 41, Bangor: escape and violating conditions of release.
Justin L. Akerson, 29, Presque Isle: violating conditions of release.
Arnold E. Robinson, 64, Mars Hill: criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, criminal threatening, terrorizing and criminal mischief (two counts).
Adam J. Dionne, 37, Van Buren; operating after revocation, violation of protective order and violating conditions of release.
Norris R. Frost, 41, Presque Isle: arson, theft by unauthorized taking and unauthorized use of property.
Duska L. Kingsbury, 48, Mars Hill: aggravated assault, domestic violence reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime or injury.
Craig A. Cyr, 36, Madawaska: retaliation against a witness, violating a protective order, harassment, terrorizing, stalking and violating conditions of release.
