Gaynel Tilley of Presque Isle recently celebrated her 90th birthday with a special family celebration.
Tilley was born on Jan. 4, 1935, in Wade. She has lived her life in Aroostook County, spending more than 50 years on a dairy farm in Castle Hill she shared with her husband. She moved to Presque Isle after his death.
“We were happy to be able to celebrate with four generations of her family at her daughter, Patrica Condon’s house in Castle Hill,” said Kara Addington, Tilley’s granddaughter.
The party included a turkey dinner with all the guest of honor’s favorites and a game with questions about her life.
