The Board of Directors of the Aroostook Agency on Aging invites members of the Aroostook County community who are 55 years of age or older to attend its annual meeting. This year, the event will be held at the Legacy Ranch & Events Center in Mars Hill.
“The annual meeting provides an opportunity for the organization and community to reflect on our mission, acknowledge the service provided to older people throughout the region and prepare for a new year,” said Executive Director Joy Barresi Saucier.
In addition the meeting will include an election of officers and new board members, the year in review, a look toward the future and employee service awards. In addition to Barresi Saucier, Barbara Robertson of New Limerick, who leads the Agency board, will offer remarks.
The annual meeting will take place on Thursday, October 10 at 9:30 a.m. The Legacy Ranch is located at 66 White Road in Mars Hill.
