Aroostook Agency on Aging volunteer Judy Hilton celebrates her birthday with balloons, a gift from agency staff. Hilton started out giving medical rides and has served the Retired Senior Volunteer Program for nearly 17 years, most recently helping in the COVID Vaccine Assistance Program.
