CARIBOU, Maine — Reno’s Family Restaurant, a staple in Caribou for more than 55 years, announced on Facebook Monday that it would be closing on Sept. 30.
“It has been an amazing 55 years in the dough with over 2 million pizzas made,” the post read. “We want to thank our loyal staff, past and present, for being a part of this incredible journey with us.”
The post thanked the communities of Aroostook County and beyond for their support and friendship over the years, and encouraged any customers to redeem gift certificates before Sept. 30.
“Please continue to support your local small businesses,” the post concluded. “We are forever grateful.”
