All four Aroostook County jazz choirs brought home plaques for their performances at the State Vocal Jazz event held Saturday at Lawrence High School. Houlton, Easton and Caribou all earned bronze awards for their performances, while the Houlton Middle School squad earned a silver award. Houlton’s Middle School group was the only jazz choir in this category for the entire state.
