PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The University of Maine at Presque Isle will hold a Trash-to-Fashion show, in honor of Earth Day on Monday, April 22, from 6-7 p.m. in the Campus Center.
The show is open to all artists, designers, students and community members. There is a $5 entry fee, as well as a suggested $5 ticket price.
Trash-to-Fashion is a movement designed to bring awareness about how we view waste and an understanding of how waste impacts the land. To participate, contact Hyrum Benson at hyrum.benson@maine.edu.
