
The Southern Aroostook Ministerial Association pastors recently practiced a hymn to sing at the Ecumenical Thanksgiving Service, Tuesday, Nov. 21, at 7 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Houlton. HOULTON, Maine — The Southern Aroostook Ministerial Association (SAMA) welcomes all to the annual community Ecumenical Thanksgiving Service on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 7 p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Houlton. The service of thanking God for many blessings will be followed by a time of food and fellowship. Please bring canned goods for the Salvation Army and St. Mary’s food pantries.
Member churches of SAMA are: First Baptist, First Congregational, Good Shepherd Episcopal, Church on the Hill / Military Street Baptist, Quaker Worship Group, St. Mary’s Catholic, Salvation Army, United Methodist of Houlton and Hodgdon, Unitarian, and Seventh-day Adventist.
