HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January.
Timothy A. Acott, 35, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), dismissed (first), $600 fine and $120 restitution (second); and violating condition of release, dismissed.
Barry A. Carmichael, 50, Houlton: domestic violence assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and obstructing government administration, 90 days in jail (each); aggravated assault, cultivating marijuana, and violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (each); and tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, 18 months in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation.
Jennifer Clark, 47, Linneus: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine, 30 days in jail, all suspended, and one-year administrative release.
Jennifer L. Cote, 39, Smyrna: criminal conspiracy, two years in prison, all but four months suspended and two years’ probation.
Crystal D. Dehahn, 28, Amity: criminal conspiracy, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but four months suspended and one-year probation; endangering welfare of a child, 90 days in jail; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Julie Duff, 44, Houlton: forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each).
Christopher D. Eastham, 43, New Limerick: violating condition of release, 45 days in jail.
Joseph A. Engebretson, 37, domestic violence assault, unconditional discharge; gross sexual assault, dismissed; and aggravated assault, 30 months in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation.
William J. Fagundes, 51, Oakfield: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
John C. Flannery Jr., 31, Patten: aggravated assault, dismissed; and domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail and one-year probation.
Zachary R. Furbush, 34, Oakfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in prison, all but 21 days suspended and one-year probation.
Patrick E. Goodall, 21, Oakfield: operating under the influence, $700 fine and 150-day license suspension.
James Grant, 21, Houlton: probation violation, 10 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Dustin Haney, 26, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Eric J. Hill, 55, Houlton: failing to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury, unconditional discharge; and driving to endanger, $575 fine.
Annabelle Lipsett Rodriguez, 61, Houlton: negotiating a worthless instrument (two counts), filed on unspecified costs (each).
Arlene M. McCrary, 26, Linneus: forgery, 60 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in prison, one-year probation and $8,836.50 restitution.
Kenneth McCrary, 24, Houlton: driving to endanger, $575 fine, seven days in jail and 60-day license suspension; OUI, prior, cultivating marijuana and unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed, (each); unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and seven days in jail; violating condition of release, five days in prison; and stealing drugs, $400 fine, one year in prison, all but five days suspended and two years’ probation.
Avery McGuire, 22, Hagerstown, Md.: assault, $1,000 fine; and criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed.
James W. Merrill, 35, Cary: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $750 fine.
Hope A. Phillips, 34, Presque Isle: burglary, dismissed; and criminal mischief, $200 fine.
Thomas C. Sawyer, 51, Linneus: violating condition of release, dismissed; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 90 days in jail, all suspended, one-year administrative release and $120 restitution.
Christopher Sennett, 44, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Scott Sides, 21, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine and $120 restitution.
Stephanie Simon, 38, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 18 months in prison, all but three months suspended, one-year probation and $120 restitution.
Secret D. Skinner, 38, Oakfield: burglary and stealing drugs, dismissed (each); and probation violation, probation continued and no sentence imposed.
William Thompson, Jr., 59, Monticello: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).
Robert A. Van Houten, 33, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine, seven years in prison, all but three years suspended, three years’ probation and $120 restitution; and aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine and three years in prison.
