PRESQUE ISLE – Dianna Theriault, 65, passed away peacefully May 10, 2015. She was born September 25, 1949, in Waterville.
Dianna was married to the love of her life, Lester Theriault Sr., for 47 years. Our mother was our biggest hero and taught us a lot about life. She was our mentor, our friend and mother. Our mom was one of the greatest mothers a family could ask for. She was hardworking, generous, caring and honest. She was always there to help if you needed her, even if it was just to talk. The strength that she showed and her love for us is something that we will never forget. We love you, mom, and will miss you very much. RIP. God Bless.
Our marriage was solid, we considered it as gift. We are not perfect and we failed sometimes, but the goal is to be in it together and to learn as we go and make sure we keep up all little things that are really big things in the end.
She leaves to cherish her memory of six children: three boys, Lester Theriault Jr. and his wife, Michelle of Presque Isle, Lee Theriault and Randi Theriault of Presque Isle, and Lucas Theriault and partner, Ashley Albert of Presque Isle; three daughters: Lisa Theriault and partner, Brent Archer of Presque Isle, Lorna Lavway and partner, Steve Bubar of Fort Fairfield, and Lynn Christie and her husband, Mark Christie of Mapleton; her grandchildren, Joseph, Jared and Jessie Theriault, Jenny, Derick and Maranda Cole, Peter Lavway, Mason and Carson Theriault, and Meridith and Chandler Theriault; her great-grandchildren, Anthony and Alex Tompkins; her sisters, Lena Wild and Laura Grivois. She is also survived by two special friends, Judy and Steve Viollette.
She was predeceased by many loved ones including her parents, Rosiro and Beatrice Pouliot; her brother, Leroy Pouliot; her sisters, Joanne Gagnon, Geraldine Smith, Linda Raincourt and Debbie Smith.
We also wish to thank all of her family and friends for their kind words and prayers through this difficult time.
Dianna’s wishes were to have a private burial and funeral. Services are in care of Duncan Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle. Memories and condolences may be expressed at www.duncan-graves.com.
