Ricker Rumblings

Here I am again. With snow predicted on Saturday and Sunday we are looking for it to fall anytime now. Oh, well, just another snowy day.

Mrs. Kaye Trickey, former employee of the Houlton Pioneer Times, has been a patient at a local hospital. She is now at home.
We are contemplating a potluck on Tuesday, St. Patrick’s feast day. We are looking forward to seeing some of the newer people there.
Kathryn Hall of Brewer visited her mother, Lois Downing, over the weekend.
We are still playing Bingo — just a few people, but we have fun. Charlene is the caller and any one of our tenants who wants to play, may join us on Thursday at 1 p.m. in the community room.
Is spring right around the corner? We hope so. Everybody is talking about what a hard winter this is and has  been. Better days are coming. It always can be worse.
Congrats to Captain Dan Pelletier on his recent promotion. Captain Dan has spoken to some groups here in the past.
Floods are a concern now with so much snow. Let’s hope those in danger get some help.
So long until the next time. Keep happy and healthy.
