• Rodney Bartlett, 61, Hillandale, Md.: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
• Christopher Bechard, 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine.
• Dwayne M. Berube, 28, Caribou: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, dismissed; and failing to make oral or written accident report, $300 fine.
• Gerard A. Berube, 62, Caribou: violating condition of release, $500 fine.
• Dwayne M. Bouchard, 56, Perham: operating motor vehicle beyond class restriction, $100 fine.
• Meghan E. Boucher, 22, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
• Chase A. Brooker, 21, Fort Fairfield: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Angelica R. Burlock, 24, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
• Franklin C. Campbell, 35, East Machias: criminal trespass, $350 fine.
• James Eugene Campbell Jr., 44, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Spencer D. Campbell, 19, Fort Fairfield: hunting birds with shotgun/more than three shells, $100 fine.
• Kenneth V. Carmichael, 43, Fort Fairfield: fugitive from justice, dismissed.
• Matthew G. Chasse, 23, Mapleton: operating ATV under the influence over 21, $500 fine.
• Brandon S. Clark, 19, Fort Fairfield: rule violation, $100 fine.
• Tammy Clark, 31, Castle Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service; and failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
• Clayton D. Cornelison, 20, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension; and minor transporting liquor, $100 fine and 30-day license suspension.

• Annunziata Gambardella, 51, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
• Leda L. Giggey, 43, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
