PATTEN – Noralene R. Porter, 66, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Nov. 10, 2014 in Patten. She was born Aug. 23, 1948 in Patten, the daughter of Clint and Ardean (Rigby) Porter.
Noralene was a member of Green Valley Community Connections for many years. While there, she enjoyed Special Olympics, going to yard sales, shopping and spending time with friends.
Besides her father of Patten, she is survived by her brothers, Richard Porter, Reggie and Sharon Porter, and a sister, Sandra Dunn, all of Patten; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her mother, Ardean.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Hrynick and the staff at Mt. Heights for their care during her final days.
Friends called 10-11 a.m. Friday, at the Patten Pentecostal Church, Patten, where a funeral service was held at 11 a.m. with the Pastor Frank Randall officiating. Interment was in the Patten Cemetery. After committal services, all were invited back to the church for fellowship and refreshments.
