* Luise Landmesser, 80, Bridgewater: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
* Peter K. Lavway, 18, Fort Fairfield: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
* Fabian Lenox, 38, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $400 fine.
* Steven John Libby, 22, Presque Isle: attaching false plates, $150 fine; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $6.99 restitution.
* Meagan McCausland, 26, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
* Cameron Jacob McEwen, 21, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
* Rishard C. McIlwain, 30, Biddeford: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
* Robert McKenzie, 20, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
* Amy Melott, 38, Mars Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
* Nathan Michaud, 31, Presque Isle: out-of-door burning violation, $150 fine.
* James Molloy, 69, Guilford, Conn.: failing to register vehicle, filed on unspecified costs.
* Robert J. Morrow, 49, Chapman: burning prohibited material, $200 fine.
* Kaci Newcomb, 22, Littleton: OUI, $500 fine, four days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
* Alicia Ann Nickerson, 33, Easton: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
* Matthew J. Oakes, 27, Fort Fairfield: criminal trespass and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine (each).
* Joseph R. Oldenburg, 18, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
* Erica K. Ouellette, 23, Van Buren: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
* Robert Philbrick, 20, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $550 fine.
* Arthur J. Pimental, 20, Caribou: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine; and unlawful use of inhalants, $100 fine.
* Angelena C. Quirion, 32, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
* Amanda Diane Rakes, 21, Mars Hill: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $200 fine and 24 hours in jail.
* Frank D. Schultz, 46, Blaine: failing to stop ATV, $1,000 fine; and operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
* Katrina L. St. Jean, 28, Portland: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts); $200 fine (each) and $50.51 restitution (first).
