FIRE SAFETY — Waylon Davis, right, of Houlton tries on some fire gear Sunday with the assistance of Monticello firefighter Joshua Harvey. The Monticello Fire Departmet held a “Family Fun Day” at its fire station to promote safety as part of Fire Prevention Week (Oct. 5-11).
