• The water and sewer filtration system has been shut down in this area, per Stephen Freeman, superintendent of the Water and Sewer District, with no restrictions and/or conditions needed; and
• That a representative of the Presque Isle Police Department be allowed to inspect the premises at any time.
Cowett’s Used Auto Parts, d/b/a C.A.R. Parts, 75 Davis St. and 250 Fort Rd. (storage only) was approved for an automobile graveyard/junkyard permit, with the police allowed to inspect the premises at any time.
Malt, spirituous and vinous liquor licenses were approved for James and Hope Estey, d/b/a Pat’s Pizza — Presque Isle, 9 North St., and for the Hampton Inn, 768 Main St.
Consent agenda items were approved as presented.
Councilors also discussed changes to Dragon Drive. Councilor Craig Green indicated residents had contacted him regarding traffic concerns. Suggested changes included making the street one-way, putting up additional signage or making it a dead-end street. Discussion on the matter will continue at a future date.
