     CARROLL, Robert J., 57, PRESQUE ISLE, at Leesburg, VA, September 30, 2013. A committal service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 22, at Fairmont Cemetery, Presque Isle. Arrangements are under the care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle.

    PRESQUE ISLE – Robert J. Carroll, Jr., 57, passed away on September 30, 2013, at home in Leesburg, VA. Robert “Bobby” was born on November 18, 1955, the son of Robert J. Carroll, Sr. and Janet (Fogg) Nightingale of South Portland, ME.
    Bobby graduated from Presque Isle High School in 1974 and studied Criminal Justice at the University of Maine Presque Isle. He was employed as a master carpenter in the residential industry.
    In addition to his mother, Robert “Bobby” is survived by his daughter, Laura A. Lewis, of Purcellville, VA; his son, Brett J. Carroll, of Leesburg, VA; his twin sister, Bonnie Crowder and her husband, Ron of La Mirada, CA; sisters, Lorraine Martisauskas and her husband, Stanley of Westwood, MA, Joyce Anderson and her husband, Andrew of Scarbo-rough, ME, Jean Roff and her husband, Dan of Ozark, MO, Deborah Guerrette and her husband, Steve of LaPorte, IN, Kimberly Murchison and her husband, Stephen of Scarborough, ME; and numerous nieces and nephews.
    Robert predeceased his longtime companion, Joanne Saylor, of Leesburg, VA.
    A committal service will be held at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at Fairmount Cemetery, Presque Isle. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society at https://donate.cancer.org.  Services in care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home.
