Rotary golf tourney
The Presque Isle Rotary Club will host its ninth annual charity golf tournament Saturday.
The event will benefit Junior Achievement of Maine.
The tourney, being held at Presque Isle Country Club, begins with a 9 a.m. shotgun start and the cost is $120 per team.

Senior all stars named
Presque Isle’s Carly Bell made the Maine Senior All-Star Game East roster for classes A and B, while Ashland’s Allyx Beaulier and Macie Bellanceau and Washburn’s Nicole Olson and Carmen Bragg were selected for the C/D team.
The game, which was supposed to be played June 26 in Augusta, was cancelled due to inclement weather.
Only member schools of the Maine Softball Coaches Association can have players selected.
