PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard at the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of March.
• Herbert J. Lewin, 46, Masardis: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Jean Yves Lord, 65, St. Pamphile, Que.: operating snowmobile on plowed road, $100 fine.
• Lisa A. Lovely, 46, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
• Teri MacFarline, 30, Presque Isle: theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property, 30 days in jail, all suspended, and one-year administrative release sentence.
• Joshua M. Maynard, 31, Mapleton: failure to provide and display registration, $100 fine.
• Blair McDonald, 25, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 20 days in jail; and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Andrew McLellan, 60, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
• Robbi L. McPherson Jr., 38, Presque Isle: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Rejean Miville, 64, St. Pamphile, Que.: operating snowmobile on plowed road, $100 fine.
• Joseph Monahan, 28, Presque Isle: violating protective order and violating condition of release, 15 days in jail (each).
• Stephen Muffler, 58, Ashland: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three years’ license and registration suspension; and violating condition of release, dismissed.
• Jesse C. Parker, 29, Mapleton: violating condition of release, 20 days in jail.
• Angelique N. Paul, 31, Tobique, N.B.: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
• Moinaptok Paul, 25, Presque Isle: passing stopped school bus, $250 fine.
• Brandy Joan Pelkey, 36, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $600 fine, 96 hours in jail (first), dismissed (second); and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine, 96 hours in jail.
• Gabriel Pelletier, 65, Ste. Perpetue, Que.: operating snowmobile on plowed road, $100 fine.
• Alicia Perkins, 25, Mars Hill: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Roderick Perkins, 62, Westfield: operating snowmobile on public way, $100 fine.
• Harvey Proctor Jr., 35, Bridgewater: failing to appear as subpoenaed, $200 fine.
• Joe D. Rideout, 37, Mars Hill: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
• Grace M. Rowland, 18, Westfield: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Nicolas C. Shaw, 26, Presque Isle: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Douglas Simons, 63, Mars Hill: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $150 fine.
• Lisa M. Sirois, 50, Madawaska: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $700 fine.
• John E. St. Thomas, 43, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Dereck M. Stetson, 29, Blaine: operating vehicle without license, dismissed.
• Susan G. Tardif, 55, Blaine: violating condition of release, five days in jail.
• Jeremy E. Trowbridge, 33, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; and failing to provide correct name, address, date of birth, $200 fine.
• Carrie R. Veinote, 32, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed.
• Dean D. Viel, 51, Mapleton, operating vehicle without license — condition/restriction, $150 fine.
• Edwin D. Weiland, 37, Presque Isle; use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Edward A. Wetherell, 41, Ashland: criminal mischief, $250 fine, $150 restitution.
• Christopher Winn, 39, Milton, N.H.: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
• Daniel C. York, 26, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine.
• Ethan York, 23, Presque Isle, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property, filed on $200 costs.
