• Christine M. Anderson, 29, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.
• Alan E. Ashley, 57, Carmel: unattended lines, $100 fine.
• Danny R. Beckwith, 45, Presque Isle: negotiating a worthless instrument, 72 hours in jail, $402.02 restitution; domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 72 hours in jail.
• Crystal Bennett, 28, Gesgapegiag, Que.: assault, $300 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Ryan Bradstreet, 22, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 50 hours’ community service.
• Dylan P. Brooker, 21, Easton: operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release, filed on $125 costs (each).
• Angela M. Caruso, 42, Mars Hill: false public alarm or report, $250 fine; assault, $300 fine and 10 days in jail; criminal mischief, 10 days in jail and $153.80 restitution; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
• Real Chouinard, 64, St. Adalbert L’Islet, Que.: operating snowmobile on plowed road, $100 fine.
• Donald Clark, 53, Presque Isle: failing to register vehicle within 30 days, filed on $100 costs.
• Jason Cocheran, 36, Westfield: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Larry Cote, 53, Caswell: unattended lines, $100 fine.
• John M. Coyle, 29, Caribou: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• D.J. Morin & Sons Construction, Caribou: operating after registration suspended, $150 fine.
• Arthur D. Drury, 54, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault and unlawful sexual touching, dismissed (each).
• Kristen K. Dyer, 29, Bridgewater: failing to appear as subpoenaed, $200 fine.
• Dylan S. Elliott, 19, Mapleton: criminal mischief, dismissed.
• Jordan A. Field, 31, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 50 hours’ community service.
• Bennett H. Gahagan, 27, Caribou: criminal trespass and violating condition of release, 96 hours in jail (each).
• Timothy Golden, 25, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine.
• Andrew J. Grivois, 30, Presque Isle: failing to appear as subpoenaed, $200 fine; and forgery, $250 fine, $80 restitution.
• Ashley L. Hallett, 33, Mars Hill: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Bryan Daniel Hamlin, 29, Deming, Wash.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.
• Timothy Hannan, 33, Mars Hill: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Michael Shannon King, 44, Presque Isle: violating protective order, $250 fine, 48 hours in jail.
• Scott A. Larson, 42, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, seven days in jail; and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Nicholas S. Leavitt, 22, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, $200 fine, $268 restitution.
• Robert Edward Lemoine, 53, Houlton: cruelty to animals, dismissed.
