Stillwell retires from post

After nearly 25 years of keeping town roads properly maintained, plowed and paved, Leigh Stillwell is retiring. Stillwell’s resignation was accepted by the Houlton Town Council Monday evening at a special workshop meeting.
Stillwell’s final day will be July 15.
