EAST HODGDON – Robert Stanley London, 78, died April 17, 2014 at a Boston, Mass. hospital. He was born April 6, 1936, at East Hodgdon, the son of Stanley and Florence (Fields) London.
Robert was a life-long potato farmer in East Hodgdon. He was a private man who enjoyed simple things such as his Farmall H.
Robert is survived by his wife of 59 years, Pearl (Grass) London; his son, Dennis London and his wife, Ammie, all of Hodgdon; four grandchildren, Daniel London and his wife, Nicole, of Hodgdon, Matthew London and his fiancé, Sara McAfee, of Houlton, Kylee London, Lael Scott of Hodgdon, and James Toby of Hodgdon; four great-grandchildren, Jacob London, Taylor London, Alice London, and Harlee Scott; one sister, Dorothy Bowling of GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents and his sister, Marion Hughes.
