Earns ROTC contract

   Cadet Cole Richards has earned a three-year contract with the Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC).
Upon graduating from the University of Maine, Richards plans to serve with the engineers in the Maine Army National Guard. The Black Bear Battalion is proud to have Richards as a cadet.
He is a Presque Isle High School graduate and the son of Randy and Sue Richards.
