HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of December, 2013.
Edward L. Gillespie, 36, Littleton: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 10 days in jail and 90-day license suspension; and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, 10 days in jail.
Martin Kuhle, 54, Woodside, Calif.: theft by deception, dismissed.
Michael A. Libby, 44, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief, 30 days in jail (each) and $280 restitution (first).
Melanie Major, 51, Melford, Del.: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 20 months in prison.
George H. Mazzacco, 21, Bangor: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
Tyler E. McCluskey, 29, Smyrna: theft by receiving stolen property, 30 days in jail and $500 restitution.
David F. McGuire, 27, Monticello: misuse of identification, 90 days in jail, all suspended, six months administrative release sentence and $2,693.97 restitution.
Kayla Nason, 24, Houlton: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Robert Alan Rich, 26, Haynesville: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked.
Katelin Ree Silliboy, 22, Houlton: domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail, all suspended and one-year probation.
Eric S. Tweedie, 49, Houlton: assault, dismissed.
