Alex Michaud, a junior forward, has become just the second junior in Presque Isle High School history to reach the 100-point plateau.
He accomplished the feat Saturday by scoring four goals and assisting on two others in PI’s 7-4 victory over Hampden Academy at the Forum.
Tyler Seeley had two goals and four assists, Cooper Madore three assists and Andrew Michaud a goal for the Wildcats.
The previous day, PI collected a 6-5 overtime win over Brewer. Seeley’s fourth goal of the game 3:20 into OT gave the Wildcats the victory. Dan Boucher and Andrew Michaud also scored for Presque Isle.
With just two games remaining, PI is now 10-5-1 and in second place in the Eastern Maine Class B standings. The team’s final home game is Monday against Brewer at 1 p.m.
