MARIETTA, GEORGIA – Mr. Olin Lee Graham died January 21, 2014 at Powder Springs Nursing and Rehab Center in Powder Springs, Georgia. Olin was born April 23, 1952 in Waterbury, Connecticut and attended Watertown schools.
He lived his younger years in the area before relocating to Marietta, Georgia. A veteran of the submarine service, serving aboard the Ulysses S. Grant for four years.
He loved fishing, boating, and the ocean. He was self-employed with his brother, Roy doing painting and wallpaper specialties.
He is predeceased by his wife, Lisa (Vanderberg) Graham and his father, Leland Graham.
He is survived by his mother, Joyce (Faulkner) Graham of Matthews, North Carolina; sister, Sheila (Graham) Moore of Matthews, North Carolina; sister, Debby (Graham) Perrier of Stafford Springs, Connecticut; brother, Roy Graham of Kittery, Maine; nieces, Tiffany Moore of Ft. Mill, South Carolina, Sarah (Moore) Verde of Monroe, North Carolina, Kylie Graham of Litchfield, Connecticut, Mykayla Perrier of Stafford Springs, Connecticut; several great-nephews; and aunt and uncle, Roland and Marjorie Graham of Littleton, Maine.
He will be laid to rest in Salisbury National Cemetery in Salisbury, North Carolina after a military funeral which will be private. The Good Shephard Funeral Home in Indian Trail, North Carolina will be handling all the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to hospice.
