Superior Court
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of September.
• Billy P. Nadeau, 49, St. Francis: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $350 fine; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Nicholas M. Nadeau, 21, Bangor: sexual abuse of minor, dismissed.
• Neil A. Nelson, 43, Westmanland: theft by receiving stolen property, filed without costs.
• Gary Lee Nightingale, 33, Old Orchard Beach: forgery, 90 days in jail and $1,300 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 90 days in jail.
• Deborah O’Hara, 60, Caribou: reckless conduct, $500 fine; and OUI, prior, dismissed.
• Danielle R. Ouellette, 22, Caribou: assault (two counts), filed without costs (each); and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $750 fine.
• Garnett Page, 33, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
• Joshua P. Parent, 27, Limestone: OUI, prior, filed on $500 costs.
• Jared M. Patane, 24, Limestone: probation violation, 18 months in prison and probation revoked.
• Chrissy F. Paul, 29, Presque Isle: violating condition of release and forgery, 180 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence (each); and criminal attempt, $400 fine, 180 days in jail and one-year administrative release sentence;
• Eric E. Rosten, 50, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine; OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension; attaching false plates, dismissed; and violating condition of release, five days in jail.
