CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in the Aroostook County Superior Court in Caribou during the month of November.
Brandon Anthony, 19, Bridgewater: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.
Dustin D. Badger, 21, Presque Isle: probation violation, 30 months in prison and probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, prior (two counts), 30 months in prison (each) and $465.72 restitution (second); aggravated criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, and violating condition of release, 90 days in jail (each); passing a roadblock, 30 months in prison; and operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and 30 months in prison.
Peter M. Beaulieu, 31, Fort Kent: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Kara M. Bouchard, 26, Madawaska: theft by deception, priors, 12 months in prison.
Jayde Lee Boyd, 20, Caribou: probation violation, nine days in jail and probation revoked.
Christopher Brink, 30, Caribou: burglary, 18 months in prison all suspended, two years’ probation and $400 restitution.
Preston E. Brown, 28, Woodland: using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, dismissed.
Stacy L. Clayton, 38, Blaine: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 20 months in prison all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation; and unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, 30 days in jail.
Timothy M. Cormier, 46, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine.
Marc A. Daigle, 60, St. John Plt.: operating under the influence, no test, priors, $1,400 fine, two years in prison all but 40 days suspended and two years’ probation; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, and criminal trespass, dismissed (each).
Gorman J. Dube, 61, Fort Kent: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Paul Gagnon, 41, Fort Kent: violating protective order, filed on $300 costs.
Madeline Gauvin, 25, Van Buren: violating protective order (three counts), domestic violence stalking, priors (three counts), and violating condition of release (three counts), four months in jail (each).
Philip D. Green, Jr., 40, Woodland: theft by receiving stolen property (three counts), two years in prison all but 55 days suspended and two years’ probation (first), dismissed (second, third); unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics and illegal possession of firearm, dismissed (each); and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 55 days in jail.
Sean K. Greening, 47, Presque Isle: violating condition of release and terrorizing, dismissed (each).
Donald R. Guerrette, 58, Hamlin: engaging in recycling without license, filed on $200 costs.
Erik R. Lamoreau, 34, Easton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 50 days in jail.
Zacharias Lavallee, 21, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, priors, dismissed.
Michael A. Leonard, 57, Woolwich: illegal possession of firearm, $1,000 fine; and fraudulently obtaining license or permit, $200 fine.
Sean J. McIntyre, 34, Portage Lake: probation violation, 30 days in jail and probation revoked.
Adam P. McKinney, 39, Berwick: violating condition of release, filed on $100 costs.
Clay A. McNamee, 34, Eagle Lake: burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each).
Steven M. Michaud, 61, Easton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; criminal conspiracy, 30 months in prison all but six months suspended and two years’ probation; violating condition of release (three counts), 30 days in jail (first, third), five days in jail (second); unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and six months in jail; unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 60 days in jail (each).
Justin C. Murphy, 28, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 60 days in jail and $75 restitution and probation violation, 10 months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Carroll E. Parady, Jr., 45, Veazie: gross sexual assault, 18 years in prison all but eight years suspended, four years’ probation and $1,000 restitution; and unlawful sexual contact, eight years in prison.
Marianne A. Paul, 26, New Sweden: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked.
Stephen W. Rediker, 34, Mapleton: probation violation, 30 months in prison and probation revoked; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Tracy L. Richardson, 34, Washburn: theft of services, dismissed.
Gilman F. Roy, Jr., 31, Van Buren: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief, 30 days in jail (each); and burglary, three years in prison all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Michael J. Saucier, Jr., 31, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and five days in jail.
Daryll Ira Sherwood, 63, Fort Fairfield: OUI, no test, priors, $1,400 fine, 18 months in prison all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license and registration suspension; and domestic violence assault, priors, 90 days in jail.
Joshua A. Shrewsberry, 23, Connor Twp.: probation violation (two counts), probation partially revoked, probation continued (each) and 30 days in jail (second).
Lucas G. Sterris, 28, Easton: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 90-day license suspension; domestic violence terrorizing, priors, 60 days in jail; and domestic violence stalking, priors, 18 months in prison all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Cameron K. Tardie, 23, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass, 30 days in jail (each) and $20.50 restitution (first); and burglary, dismissed.
Dennis J. Tardie, 26, Portage Lake: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), three years in prison all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation, $62,592.19 restitution and 100 hours’ community service (first), 30 days in jail (second), 60 days in jail (third); and burglary (three counts), 60 days in jail (first), 90 days in jail (second, third).
Alberto Vazquez, 35, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 364 days in prison (first), one year in prison (second); robbery, six years in prison all but one year suspended, two years’ probation and $725 restitution; and burglary, one year in prison.
