HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of September.
Elizabeth A. Anderson, 56, Sherman: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 21 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
Richard A. Anderson, 53, Oakfield: violating condition of release (two counts), 60 days in jail (first), 30 days in jail (second); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
Robert Earl Brewer, 21, Linneus: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (two counts), dismissed (each).
Christopher L. Hartin, 30, Island Falls: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 30 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence; domestic violence assault and obstructing report of crime, dismissed (each).
Joshua Hawksley, 22, Mars Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Brett A. Hitchcock, 21, Houlton: misuse of E-9-1-1 system, dismissed.
Greg W. Hitchcock, 42, Smyrna: domestic violence assault, nine months one day in prison; and violating condition of release, 90 days in prison.
Frederick Paul Homchuck, 35, Monticello: probation violation, 15 months in prison and probation revoked.
Micah P. McGillicuddy, 25, Monticello: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and six months in jail.
Annette A. Paul, 33, Houlton: burglary, dismissed.
Sandra Perkins, 45, Presque Isle: probation violation, 48 hours in jail and probation revoked.
Lance A. Rodriguez, 26, Wallagrass: possessing sexually explicit material of minor under 12, permanent transfer.
Ian Small, 22, Houlton: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, four years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
Rebecca Suitter, 38, Houlton: endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed.
Andrew D. Tarbox, 26, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $150 costs.
Ryan S. Varney, 31, Brewer: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail.
Matthew T. Williams, 38, St. Albans: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).
