PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — Members of the Presque Isle Historical Society’s 2013-14 Board of Directors were elected earlier this year, during the organization’s annual meeting. Craig Green will serve as president, with Ann Cushman elected as vice president. Kimberly Smith has been named secretary/treasurer, with Billie Brodsky serving as docent. Members-at-large include: James Dunleavy, Bill Guerrette, Judy Hilton, Hank King, Rick Nadeau, Richard Rand and Janet Snow. Carol Bell continues to serve as the past president.
The organization is also in need of volunteers.
In a recent newsletter from the Society, Smith indicated the organization “has several volunteer opportunities available, including: librarian, trolley driver (must have valid CDL with passenger rating and clean driving record), gift shop attendant, office assistant, tour guides and more.”
