PATTEN and HOULTON – Doris Ada Shaw, 81, died December 8, 2013, in Houlton. She was born November 21, 1932, in Hersey, the daughter of Solomon and Ressie (Botting) Shaw.
Doris loved life in general. She was known for her chats and her jokes.
She is survived by her son, Mike Shaw and his wife, Catherine of Patten; two grandchildren, Tiffany of Sherman and Todd of Patten; seven great-grandchildren; a step-granddaughter, Teresa of Patten; two step-great grandchildren and a step-great great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by her parents; 5 brothers and 6 sisters.
