CARIBOU – Dale Carroll Corbin, 67, died December 4, 2013, at his Caribou residence following a brief illness after an accident earlier in the summer. He was born in Van Buren on July 20, 1946, the son of the late Gilbert and Corinne (Caron) Corbin, Sr.
Mr. Corbin attended the Caribou schools and was employed as a poly machine operator for several area potato processing plants. He married Sharon Kelley, April 11, 1966. He was a longtime member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife of over 47 years, Sharon of Caribou, are his daughters, Terri Evans and husband, Jack, of Jacksonville, FL, Tammy Coates and husband, Jeff, of Taylorsville, NC, and Tina Lavoie and partner, Andrew, of Long Island, NY; one brother, Gilbert Corbin, Jr. and wife, Mary, of Alton, NH; one sister, Deloris Koehl and husband, Charles, of Huntsville, TX; three grandsons, Chad, Jacob, and Justin; three granddaughters, Amber, Serena and Rebecca; two great-grandsons, Chaz and Wyatt; and one great-grand-daughter, Hailey and one on the way; eight brothers-in-law, Al, Jim and Fran Parent, Jim Kelley, Paul and Pat Poisson, Glenn and Bill Kelley; two sisters-in-law, Patricia Michaud and Pam McPheters; many nieces and nephews as well as his beloved pug, Otis. Mr. Corbin was predeceased by his parents; two sisters-in-law, Theresa and Donna; two brothers-in-law, Bob and Mike, as well his other beloved pug, Duke.
Friends called at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou 6-8 p.m. Friday. Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Saturday December 7, 2013. from the Parish of the Precious Blood, Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
