      EASTON – Angie M. Johnston, 82, passed away Saturday morning, Dec. 7, 2013, at a Presque Isle health care facility. She was born in Houlton on March 18, 1931, the daughter of Herbert and Angie (Noyes) Russell.
    Angie was raised by Judson and Theresa Davenport of Mars Hill. She worked several years at Converse Shoe Co. in Presque Isle, Valshing and McCain Foods in Easton, and Lundeen Farms in Mars Hill. Angie loved people and enjoyed spending time with her friends and camping trips to Eastport.
    She is survived by a step-daughter, Rhonda Norton and her husband, Wayne of Plymouth, Conn.; a sister, Amy Russell of California; step-grandchildren, Charles Folsom, Kristie Colasanto and Denis Norton, all of Conn.; step-great-grandchildren, Alyssa Folsom, Nicholas, Christo-pher and Alexander Colasanto; a special niece, Lisa Tompkins and her girls, Brittany and Katelyn of Easton; several other nieces and nephews, and many special friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Sam Johnston; and a grandchild, Dawn Norton.
    A graveside service will be held in the spring at Estes Park Cemetery, Easton. Those who wish may make donations in her memory to a charity of one’s choice. Online condolences may be shared at www.duncan-graves.com.
