PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of July.
• Nicholas J. Ames, 25, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Jolie Antworth, 26, Washburn: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
• Karli J. Ayer, 29, Caribou: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Cody Ayotte, 19, Mars Hill: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, $150 fine; and minor purchasing liquor, $200 fine.
• Melissa Lee Bartlett, 30, Caribou: assault, dismissed.
• Ashley M. Beaupre, 21, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
• Tonya May Francis Bernard, 19, Caribou: minor consuming liquor, $300 fine.
• Nelson Bolstridge, 72, Portage Lake: fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.
• Brandon Bonney, 19, South Bristol: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Joshua Booth, 22, Limestone: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Larry Bouchard, 71, Madawaska: operating ATV on temporarily closed trail, $100 fine.
• Ryan Bradstreet, 21, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine and $279.76 restitution.
• Roger P. Carmichael, 56, Presque Isle: burning prohibited material, $150 fine.
• Dennis H. Clark, 29, Ashland: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
• Tammy Clark, 30, Presque Isle: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
• William S. Cole, 24, Murray Siding, Nova Scotia: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
• Brandon M. Corey, 24, Washburn: failing to register vehicle, 48 hours in jail.
• Denise Ann Day, 32, Easton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $81 restitution.
• Amy Doak, 27, Bangor: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
