HOULTON – Glen Tracy, 77, passed away Sept. 5, 2013, at his home with his family at his side. He was born April 7, 1936, in Houlton, the son of Percy and Alice (Bickford) Tracy.
Glen was an avid historian of the Civil War and Houlton. He worked for Verizon and FairPoint for several years and also as a custodian at Houlton United Methodist Church.
He is survived by a brother, Terry Tracy and his wife, Joyce, of Houlton; two nephews; and cousins.
Friends called 1-2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 8, at Houlton United Methodist Church, where funeral services were held 2 p.m. with the Rev. Patrice H. Goodwin officiating. Interment was at Evergreen Cemetery. For a memory book and to leave online condolences please visit www.bowersfuneral.com.
