CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of June.
• Amanda Albert, 23, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $27.68 restitution.
• Craig W. Allen, 26, Presque Isle: theft by deception, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation and $3,073.48 restitution.
• Melissa Lee Bartlett, 30, Easton: theft by deception (two counts), six months in prison (each); criminal invasion of computer privacy and misuse of identification, dismissed (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four years in prison, all but four months 12 days suspended, two-year probation and $22,695.74 restitution.
• Sarah L. Bartley, 27, Mars Hill: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• Gary P. Beaulier, 41, Ashland: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and operating vehicle without license, conditional restriction, $200 fine.
• Amie J. Bouchard, Jr., 28, Van Buren: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Brandon Lewelynn Parker Boyd, 29, Mars Hill: assault, $300 fine.
• Basil B. Bragdon, 69, Ashland: unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.
• Joshua Bragdon, 29, Old Town: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
• Isaac J. Carney, 27, Washburn: illegal possession of firearm, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.
• Brandie Chestnut, 21, Presque Isle: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, 50 hours’ community service.
• Jerry S. Churchill, 48, Fort Fairfield: possessing firearm or crossbow when prohibited, dismissed.
• Matthew R. Cocheran, 22, Caribou: possessing or transferring of burglar’s tools and trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed (each).
• Steven J. Corbin, 30, Caribou: domestic violence assault, 120 days in jail, all suspended and two years’ probation.
• Bobby J. Cote, 35, Mapleton: domestic violence assault, priors, two years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation; criminal mischief, 30 days in prison; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• Kevin Davenport, 23, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, nine months in jail and probation revoked.
• Freeman Deabay, III, 42, Portage: illegal possession of firearm, $1,000 fine.
• Michael A. Deveau, 28, Mapleton: gross sexual assault, six years in prison, all but one year suspended and four years’ probation; and domestic violence assault, nine months in prison.
• Joshua D. Doughty, 29, Fort Fairfield: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, probation partially revoked.
• Denise M. Dufresne, 40, Limestone: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior (two counts), $1,000 fine and six months in jail (each); and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• Eric S. Dufresne, 21, Presque Isle: criminal mischief; criminal attempt; criminal threatening, 45 days in jail (each); and violating condition of release, 15 days in jail.
• Candy A. Everett, 50, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine.
• Tyler Farley, 22, Washburn: obstructing report of crime and violating condition of release, six months in prison (each); and aggravated assault, six years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and two years’ probation.
• Mark A. Fisher, 45, Limestone: unlawful sexual contact (two counts) and gross sexual assault (two counts), judgment of acquittal (each).
• Kevin Wade Flint, 52, Ashland: burning without permit, filed on $150 costs.
• Shane Allen Forbes, 37, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed without costs.
• Troy Foster, 40, Blaine: failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed.
• Michael O. Fox, 34, Biddeford: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, not guilty.
• Tony Lee Gagnon, 34, Van Buren: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Brian Gilmer, 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation and $1,517.50 restitution (first), 30 days in jail (second); forgery, 30 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• Spencer R. Goodine, 22, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
• Douglas Gough, 45, Mapleton: OUI, prior, $700 fine, 30 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension; operating vehicle without license, dismissed; and probation violation, 120 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Karen M. Hargrave, 31, Caribou: aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed; and domestic violence assault, $300 fine.
• Kerry Joseph Hebert, 40, Presque Isle: domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed.
