PRESQUE ISLE — A local woman took a chance on Maine Lottery scratch ticket, winning big for her $3 investment.
Kerry Michaud, of Presque Isle, purchased a $3 Triple Twist Bingo instant ticket at Presque Isle On the Run, located on North Main Street, and won $50,000.
