    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of May.

    Denise M. Dufresne, 40, Limestone: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
    Sonja Engstrom, 38, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 24 months in prison, all but four months suspended, two years’ probation and $5,142.53 restitution; and forgery, dismissed.
    Troy Allen Foster, 40, Blaine: probation violation, 30 months in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Christopher S. Fuller, 37, Blaine: aggravated trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drug, dismissed; aggravated furnishing synthetic hallucinogenic drugs, six years in prison, all but two years suspended and three years’ probation; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture; violating condition of release, 30 days in prison; and illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, $1,000 fine and six months in prison.
    Shane D. Giberson, 21, Mars Hill: domestic violence reckless conduct; aggravated assault (two counts); unlawful sexual contact; domestic violence terrorizing; and domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed (each).
    Don W. Hanson, Jr., 32, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $800 fine, four years in prison, all but 50 days suspended and two years’ probation; violating condition of release, 50 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 50 days in jail; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drug; unlawful possession of hydrocodone; loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle; and carrying concealed weapon, dismissed (each).
    Seth E. Hastings, 27, Fort Fairfield: aggravated assault, six years in prison, all but 15 months suspended, three years’ probation and $1,537.44 restitution; violating condition of release, six months in prison; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 15 months in prison.
    Ricky C. Hill, Sr., 26, Presque Isle: false swearing, dismissed.
    William J. Hirst, III, 41, Presque Isle: violating condition of release and violating protective order, 15 days in jail (each) and $250 fine (first); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.
    Taylor R. Hodsdon, 21, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), $10 fine, 364 days in prison, all suspended, one-year probation and $80 restitution (first), 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation and $445.90 restitution (second); and violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first), five days in prison (second).
    Christopher R. Horan, 31, Augusta: probation violation, five days in jail, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.
    Gary Jandreau, 71, St. Francis: unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.
    Jan Michael Jandreau, 32, Wallagrass: disorderly conduct, fighting, filed on $100 costs.
    Tracy D. Kennedy, 35, Westfield: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
    Andy Labreck, 31, Hamlin, criminal trespass, dismissed.
    Vanessa C. Layton, 28, Mapleton: domestic violence reckless conduct, dismissed.
    Terrance J. Letourneau, 65, Ashland: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, dismissed.
    Jillean L. Madore, 50, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; and criminal trespass, $300 fine.
    Donald Maynard, 60, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $1,000 fine; and tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed.
    Alexander Merced, 38, Madawaska: assault, $300 fine and seven months in jail.
    Andrea Norris, 51, Wallagrass: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
    Douglas E. Ouellette, 28, Caribou: probation violation, 330 days in prison and probation revoked.
    Mark A. Paradis, 33, Fort Kent: OUI, priors, $1,100 fine, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Robert B. Parker, 45, Easton: probation violation, 39 months in prison and probation revoked; and aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, five years in prison.
    Donald D. Reese, II, 45, Frenchville: domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one-year probation; criminal mischief, violating condition of release and violating protective order, dismissed (each).
    Alicia A. Saucier, 20, Castle Hill: aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, dismissed.
    Harley D. Simon, 34, Unity: probation violation, 30 months in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued; and operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine and nine months one day in prison.
    Leslie Smith, Jr., 26, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Andrew G. Stewart, 26, St. Agatha: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 months in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $1,556 restitution.
    Raymond Tarbox, 35, Mars Hill: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine.
    Michele R. Tingley, 30, Presque Isle: assault, six months in jail; aggravated criminal trespass, 18 months in prison, all but six months suspended and one-year probation; criminal threatening and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each).
    Trevor M. Tompkins, 25, Ashland: domestic violence assault, priors and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).
    Brooke Weatherhead, 24, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed on $600 costs.
    Jessie J. White, 34, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, filed on $500 costs.
    Blaine E. Wilkins, 28, Caribou: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $500 fine and three years in prison; and probation violation, three years in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
