       DAVID L. ARCHER, far left in the front row, formerly of Presque Isle and a 1967 graduate of PIHS, was the marketing/public relations director of the 23rd annual Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival in New York. He attended the opening bell ceremony at the New York Stock Exchange Aug. 5. He is the son of longtime Presque Isle residents Thel and Leonard Archer.
